Responsibilities

  1. Review construction project performance in terms of time,quality,cost based on data, and device improvement plans to improve
  2. Align to lean concepts and identify gaps in potential process/ areas
  3. Full time problem solver to analyse problems, implement actionable improvement plans – oversee the plans and refine the same if required.
  4. Own, involve and amend (if required) the central planning system of the company and ensuring all resources are well trained to handle their roles in the system
  5. Monitor scheduling related works which include project timelines, monthly and weekly look ahead schedules, finishing stage action plans etc..
Skill set

Candidate requirements:

 

  1. Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Construction Project Management
  2. M Tech/ PGDM/MBA in construction management
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  4. Knowledge of any project management software is an added advantage
  5. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision
