The team is responsible for crafting and coding elegant, robust and high-performance solutions to hard programming/web-designing problems, defining and maintaining central database, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from front-end. Team will help structure exactly how new systems will work and what they should do and is focused optimization of application
Business Development
The team drives company’s top-line by adding more sellers on the platform to increase selection available and inducing sales through focused customer reach out. Team is focused on defining creating high quality road maps based on company’s company’s strategy & vision by ensuring effective relationship with large, medium and small vendors and third party service providers towards smooth on-boarding and supply chain processes.
Operations
This team works closely with the business development team to initiate leads and contacts with manufacturers, distributors, dealers and retailers of various products across categories offering first line of support for contracted sellers, enabling them to sell their product without any hiccups on the company website. Team is involved in research and analysis of the market as a whole and specific to each industry to evaluate gaps in selection of products and suggest resolutions.
Transportation/Logistics
The team is responsible for smooth flow of goods from seller location to customer location. The team is our magic workers, solving all issues on behalf of customer, to ensure product delivery happens without hiccups. At the same time, the team strategizes on way ahead for the company from a logistics infrastructure perspective – with focus on low defects, cost reduction and impressive ontime delivery performance.
Human Resources
The team is responsible for all HR processes including Manpower Planning, strategic HR interventions, Learning & Development, Rewards & Benefits to Performance Management.
Finance
The team spans everything from accounting to financial planning and revenue operations. They play an integral part in effectively building sound finance and accounting processes, and developing various accounting guidelines by collaborating with stakeholders across various teams.
Product Design & Management
Experts on customer need and fluent in engineering, the team aims to create intuitive solutions for helping the customer identify and select the right products, generate BOQs and estimates depending upon dimensions/images entered so as to make a purchase decision easier.

BuildNext is a young award-winning start-up based in Kerala, working on building a technology enabled building material supply chain, that is much more efficient than the conventional inventory-based distribution system. In a nutshell, BuildNext is an inventory-less, internet and VR enabled building material chain of stores. Our technology platform offers real-time budget control for building material procurement. The mission is to elevate the customer experience in the building construction sector to the levels of other well streamlined sectors.
BuildNext currently has offices in Trivandrum and Kochi. We have our inventory less, VR enabled stores in Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut and Manjeri currently up and running. Stores in Kannur, Thalassery, Thrissur, Palakkad, Puthen Cruz, Muvattupuzha and Alappuzha are upcoming. We will soon expand our presence to other south Indian states within the next few months.
