Responsibilities
- Review construction project performance in terms of time,quality,cost based on data, and device improvement plans to improve
- Align to lean concepts and identify gaps in potential process/ areas
- Full time problem solver to analyse problems, implement actionable improvement plans – oversee the plans and refine the same if required.
- Own, involve and amend (if required) the central planning system of the company and ensuring all resources are well trained to handle their roles in the system
- Monitor scheduling related works which include project timelines, monthly and weekly look ahead schedules, finishing stage action plans etc..
