Job: Project Manager_Civil

About the Role:

Senior Operations Manager coordinates and oversees the project life cycle of interior/turnkey projects. They manage projects from conception through construction and completion. The Senior Operations Manager is the highest escalation point in a given geographic cluster. He/She will ensure all SLAs are strictly adhered to, and the BuildNext project sites are well maintained, and adhering to highest safety standards. He/She is expected to be primarily responsible for timely delivery of projects with high quality standards. He/She will ensure all system SOPs are strictly adhered to in all work sites under the geographic cluster. He/She should be well versed in analysing data and making decisions based on patterns

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee construction planning and execution efforts.
2. Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.
3. Ensures all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery and customer escalations/queries
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
5. Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
6. Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
7. Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time
8. Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in SOP
9. Ensures all work project management related SOPs are strictly adhered to
10. Ensures all project management resources are well trained to handle their respective responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 yrs experience in leading projects. Must be able to converse in Kannada.
• Graduate in Civil or Architecture background is and advantage
• Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Knowledge of any project management software is an added advantage
• The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.
